Barncrest Hardwood Worktops, Tables & Shelves are available in five different premium woods - Natural Beech, European Oak, Iroko, Premium Walnut and Cherry wood. Our hardwoods are constructed using 40mm wide solid timber staves and are supplied in a fine 150 grit sanded finish. We are so proud of the quality of our woods that, unlike our competitors, we will supply you with two samples completely free - no up front charges.

The European timbers used in the manufacture of Barncrest worktops are of the absolute highest standard and sourced only from certificated, and well-managed, sustainable forests. These forests are all managed to our exacting criteria for best environmental practice.
Barncrest worktops are a very generous size and offer more work surface for your money. Our competitors usually supply 620mm and 720mm standard widths, but our worktop sizes are 640mm and 760mm. We provide the larger 640mm to ensure that all of your kitchen appliances will sit flush with the worktop after taking in to account the additional space required for plumbing and piping. This has repeatedly proved to be an important, and often overlooked, consideration for most of our customers.
