Our Special Offer European Oak is an elegant and colourful wood, fast becoming one of the most popular choices for today's kitchens. European worktops have a subtle autumnal red appearance that darkens gracefully over time to a rich maturity. Order your free European Kitchen Worktops sample here. These worktops have Thickness of 40mm but internally they are made out of two pieces 20mm thick glued to make the full thickness. The two outside and end edge staves are full 40mm thick so they show no join. The picture above shows the exposed end if this worktop is cut to length.
